Why Does Social-Emotional Learning Matter?

Social-Emotional Learning is essential for long-term well-being and overall success at school, work, and life. Social-Emotional skills help children persist in challenging situations, effectively communicate, develop a strong sense of self, be compassionate and mindful in their actions.

How Mindful Masters works!

Each week you explore a specific theme through the use of that week's social-emotional resources. You complete daily tasks, worksheets and develop and strengthen your child or student's social-emotional skills. We keep the curriculum simple to understand, easy to implements, interactive, fun, evidence-informed, and skills-based. Mindful Masters was created by Child, Youth, and Family therapists and the strategies included have been used for over 20 years in our most popular social-emotional group program Cool Tools!

This program is perfect for parents looking for social-emotional resources, activities, or opportunities to connect and improve their child's relationships and experiences.
